Syndicated purchase of seven property portfolios valued at $14.2MM.The portfolio includes five industrial buildings in Florence KY, (Cincinnati, OH, MSA) totaling over 100k SF. Re-tenanted one of these buildings after purchase, with a 10-year term, stronger national credit tenant, which increased the value of the portfolio by over $2.0MM. The portfolio also included a 17k SF retail center in Burleson TX, (Ft Worth, TX MSA) and a 25k SF distribution building in Wichita KS. Currently working on expanding the Wichita building by acquiring adjacent land.
