STEWART SCOVIL, CCIM

MANAGING MEMBER

Stewart has worked in commercial real estate for 22+ years, through all various stages of development, construction, and asset management. This includes everything from entitlements, site development and new or rehab construction. Most recently Stewart acquired, rehabbed and sold a 127-unit multifamily project valued at approximately $9.0MM with a 24% IRR/1.9x to investors. Stewart has managed and developed multiple property types with a focus on multifamily, self-storage, and industrial valued in-excess of $250 million. Stewart is also a real estate broker in Kentucky and Indiana.

Stewart previously consulted with Bluegrass Capital a boutique private equity firm and partnered with large multi-billion-dollar private equity funds for deals. Bluegrass focused on purchasing distressed assets and mortgages secured by commercial real estate. Stewart managed the workout process of these assets, which included negotiating new terms with borrowers. Stewart was extensively involved modeling the various property types and deal structures for the benefit of all investors.

Stewart graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics. He obtained the designation of Certificated Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Stewart is married with two young children. He is actively involved in his community and church as well as coaching his kids at multiple different sports. Prior to his real estate career Stewart was a semi-professional road cyclist and competed across the country.
