Syndicated purchase of a $4.6MM, 127-unit multifamily property in Louisville, KY. Renovated 57 units with all new plumbing/baths, kitchen cabinets, flooring etc. Increased rents by $200-$300 per unit. Also completed extensive exterior capital improvements, including new roof, parking lot and other renovations throughout the project. Sold the property approximately 3 years later for $8.9MM, for a 24.6% IRR and a 1.9 multiple to investors.
