Syndicated purchase of a 127-unit multifamily property in Louisville, KY. Renovated 57 units with all new plumbing/baths, kitchen cabinets, flooring etc. Increased rents and completed extensive exterior capital improvements, including new roof, parking lot, and other renovations throughout the project. The property was sold approximately 3 years later for a 24.6% IRR to investors.
